1. Acceptance
By accessing the MyDOT Cabinet website or platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Account & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your company. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account credentials.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service: no reverse engineering, no attempts to bypass access controls, no uploading of unlawful or infringing content, no interference with other customers' use.
4. Customer Data
You retain ownership of data you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data solely to provide the service. We process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5. Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
6. Fees
Pilot access may be provided at no charge. Paid plans, when offered, are billed per a separate order form or subscription agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate with notice. We may suspend access immediately for material breach or risk to other customers.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that AI-extracted data is error-free; users are responsible for reviewing extracted information.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which MyDOT Cabinet is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
