When you submit our contact form or request access, we collect the name, email, phone number, and any message content you provide. When you use the TMS platform, we collect operational data you and your team enter (loads, drivers, customers, documents) and standard authentication metadata such as login timestamps and IP address.
2. How We Use It
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate access requests, provide and secure the platform, and improve our services. We do not sell your information.
3. Sharing
We share data only with infrastructure providers strictly necessary to operate the service (hosting, database, email delivery). These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-processing terms.
4. Storage & Security
Data is stored in encrypted, access-controlled cloud infrastructure. The TMS platform enforces row-level access so users only see data they are authorized to view.
5. Retention
Lead inquiries are retained for up to 24 months unless you request earlier deletion. Operational data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus any period required by applicable transportation, tax, or audit regulations.
6. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@mydotcabinet.com. We respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice prior to taking effect.
